Service Rates and Billing Procedures
Operating Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Standard Service Rates - 2025:
$130/Hr Service Rate: Our standard rate for service calls between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
$130/Hr Travel Time: Travel time is charged one way, up to one hour. If the return trip is longer than one hour, the difference is applied to the invoice. All travel time starts from the Harmony shop on the West side Mount Vernon.
PREFERRED SERVICE RATES:
when you purchase an espresso machine Through HCS, enjoy 10% off the current standard service rate, for the life of the machine.
After Hours & holiday Service Rates:
$260/Hr Service Rate & travel time: For service calls before 8:30 AM and after 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
The Fine Print:
Invoices will have an automatic credit card processing fee of 3% added to invoice subtotal. If you prefer to pay by check or ach, please let us know and we will remove that charge from the invoice.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. In the event that a payment is not received within 30 days, late charges will apply to the invoice.
All invoices are sent via email and can be paid by ach bank transfer, credit card, check, or cash.
If a payment for previous work exceeds 30 days from invoice date, a credit card will need to be on file before the next service is completed. HCS will charge the card on file when work is completed.
All service calls are subject to a minimum one-hour charge, then billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.
All charged travel and service time is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
Travel time is charged in full on the outbound trip only. Up to one hour of the return trip is included. If the return trip exceeds one hour, the difference is charged.
Service calls outside of our standard hours are subject to our After Hours & Holiday Service & Travel Rates.
If a service call is not complete by 4:30pm on our standard days, the After Hours rate will take effect starting at 4:30pm
In the event that a bill is expected to exceed your NTE limit, Harmony Coffee Service will attempt to notify you via phone call or text and discuss options before completing work. If you are unable to be reached, HCS will complete the work needed to get your equipment operational and you will be charged in full.
Preferred Service Rate does not apply to After Hours and Holiday Rates, unless it is determined that the work performed is under a warranty claim. Preferred Service Rate applies to Standard work hours only.
